Fiona Brown - Director

Fiona Brown is a footwear and accessories specialist with 20 years experience in retail buying, product development and design.

Throughout her 20 year buying career Fiona has delivered outstanding sales results for a broad spectrum of retailers, from ASOS to Primark. As part of the ASOS team, she was Senior Footwear Buyer on ASOS design (in house brand) before progressing to buying the branded footwear women’s division. This portfolio of famous labels included Vagabond and Public Desire. In Primark she managed the buying of a £100 million footwear department, increasing departmental profitability by 50%.

She was headhunted into a cross-functional role as Head of Buying and Design for Public Desire, an Instagram famous online fashion footwear specialist based in Manchester. She drove double digit growth through the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside heading the buying and design teams, she worked with the social media, branding and marketing teams to create a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.  

During her career she has worked with many talented footwear designers, combining their design expertise with her product development and commercial market awareness to repeatedly create best selling collections. 10 STUDIO’s mission is to give our clients access to this winning formula.
